clean lodge balcony coffee
the lodge was very clean. it had everything we needed (such as coffee!). i enjoyed having coffee on the balcony and watching the deer.

the site was peaceful and the animals added a nice touch.
the cutlery was mismatched with only two wine glasses. the pans are old and ruined. the tv is small, it required binoculars to view properly.

Acceptable but Dated Accommodation
mismatched cutlery unsafe balcony
The cutlery and crockery was mismatched. There were only two wine glasses for a cabin meant for six people. The television was smaller than expected. It required effort to view from a distance. The balcony did not seem safe, and the furniture was dirty, even after cleaning attempts. Mould was visible on the balcony surfaces.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues
mismatched cutlery unsafe balcony
I found some aspects lacking. The cutlery and crockery were mismatched. There were only two wine glasses despite the cabin being for six. The TV was small. Every step made the floor creak. The balcony felt unsafe. The furniture was old. I thought the lake was not swimmable even if I had asked before arriving. This place could be amazing if the cabins were updated.
